Notes:

1. All Varsity and Junior equipment must be returned at Mother Teresa CatholicSecondary School on 1065 Sunningdale Road East, London

2. All Bantam equipment must be returned at the London Minor equipment area at 100 Bessemer Court, Unit # 1, London
   Links: map Google Map to LMFA Area
3. The return date is Monday, August 22 at the times shown below.
4. NO OTHER DATE FOR RETURN OF EQUIPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED
5. All players must return all London Falcons property, equipment and uniforms clean and on the time provided below and no later (an earlier time maybe requested).
6. When equipment is returned on the return date in good clean condition, the $500 deposit slip will be returned. There will be a cleaning charge of $25.
7. If equipment is not returned (by the date above) or if the equipment is lost, damaged or dirty your $500 security deposit will be processed.
8. If equipment is returned after the return date and the security deposit has been processed then a 10% ($50) surcharge will apply.
