1. The Mississauga Warriors are the first and only team to win three league championships at the varsity level. Toronto Thunder were the first team to win two league championships at the varsity level. The London Falcons and the Hamilton Ironmen are the only two team to win two league championshps at the junior varsity level. Mississauga Warriors have been to the varsity championship 5 times.
2. The London Falcons and the Hamilton Ironmen have been to the junior varsity championship 3 times.
3. The London Falcons are the only team to win the league championship at all three levels
